Meet Primo A. Quitevis Jr.
Primo A. Quitevis Jr. is more than a real estate expert—he’s a relationship builder, problem solver, and trusted advisor. With over 25 years of experience and a degree in Real Estate & Finance from Cal State University Northridge, Primo is dedicated to helping his clients navigate the complexities of buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
Primo’s career began in the secondary mortgage sector with Ryland Homes, followed by real estate sales for single family homes and land sales in Nevada with his family brokerage under the tutelage of his mother who has been in the Real Estate space for 30 plus years. He then transitioned to commercial multi-family sales with National Equity Advisors in Los Angeles, working alongside industry leaders and honing his expertise. Most recently Primo was at Wedgewood, where he progressed from project manager to senior regional director, overseeing more than 1,000 renovations and developing innovative acquisition strategies during challenging market conditions.
Today, as the founder of 4K Real Estate Solutions, Primo brings a client-first mindset to every interaction.
